Scope support team is made up of a dedicated, in-house support desk and a team of highly experienced field engineers. To ensure you receive the highest level of support, we strongly recommend you take out a Support Agreement. This gives access to our dedicated email address solely for support issues and also offers remote assistance.

SCOPE is a member of the Blue Coat BlueTouch™ Support Partner Program. As a certified support services partner SCOPE will follow the Blue Coat guidelines for issue resolution, response times and customer satisfaction.
In a continuous strive for customer satisfaction; SCOPE will organize regular customer satisfaction survey, which is in turn assessed by Blue Coat. Support is provided throughout the Middle East and North Africa in the native language of your country in addition to English. Dedicated Support is also available. SCOPE also has a laboratory facility that provides our Technical team with the ability to reproduce problems.
